29x ANTIQUE SILVER PLATED UNICORN ARMORIAL HANDLES Item #26737 This is a beautiful suite of handles from which the uppers have all come loose, so they either need professional resetting or you can use the handles for another project. Made by Roberts & Belk of Sheffield, they have lovely Unicorn armorial devices. They have diamond registration marks to handles accurately dating their design to 1871. There are a total of 12 fork handles and 17 knife handles. The fork handles are 9.6cm (3.75 inch) long and the knife handles slightly larger at 10.1cm (4 inches) long. Handles generally very good and gleaming silver with slight plate wear around the armorial devices and slightly to the raised pattern work. The plating to uppers is not bad, a few pieces showing some wear. GBP39.99 click here to view item in our store
ANTIQUE NOVELTY GLASS DECANTER SILVER COLLAR 1897 Item #26738 A lovely novelty decanter by Hukin & Heath (John Thomas Heath & John Hartshorne Middleton) fully hallmarked for London 1897. It has a double ended pourer and original stopper (damaged – see below). The photos with ‘red interior’ are just to show the novelty aspect when it has liquid inside. Decanter itself is fine and undamaged, just some digs to the silver at the interior caused by the stopper. Some extremely minor bloom to interior. The stopper is damaged, it has a large chip along its stem on one side and a bruise chip to its ball area, it still fits well but is not airtight so ideally you need to find a replacement. GBP99.99 click here to view item in our store
