QUEEN VICTORIA 1901 PENNY FARTHING COIN SPOON Item #27874 An unusual antique spoon made from a 1901 Penny and farthing and the handle made from the twisted rim of a further penny coin. Each piece has a monogram of ‘MJS’. Comprises: 12 piece fish eater set, pair of fish servers, 2 sauce ladles, 5 tablespoons, 5 dessert spoons, 6 side/dessert forks, butter knife, 12 dinner knives, 11 side/dessert knives. Total of 56 pieces. Flatware is generally gleaming silver with varying degrees of wear but all generally useable/presentable on the table. Very nice scrolled handle. It is EPBM and as per usual the plating has worn with age but still a good looking piece. Plating worn back to Britannia metal with some associated tarnish, still gleaming to underside. ANTIQUE SILVER PLATED HEART SHAPE MILK JUG & SUGAR BOWL Item #27913 An unusual pair of heart shaped silver plated milk jug and sugar bowl, probably dating c. 1905 – they have a ‘Liberty-esque’ type look and feel. The interior of the milk jug is gilt washed. Both gleaming silver to exteriors with minimal plate wear, no dents. BEAUTIFUL CUT GLASS STERLING SILVER SCENT BOTTLE 1893 Item #27926 A really fine looking Victorian large aperture stoppered scent bottle with beautiful cutwork panels, star cut base and sterling silver rim fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1893, maker Hilliard & Thomason.
