EXCELLENT C.19TH SILVER PLATED BREAKFAST WARMER Item #28102 A fine looking piece by Hukin & Heath raised on 4 feet with hoof and rams head terminals and engraved with ivy pattern to the lid. There is a monogram to one side of the lid of ‘JWB’ and to the other an armorial device of a boars head above the Latin motto ‘Est Nec Astu’ (the crest of the BROOKE family of Yorkshire). FINE QUALITY SILVER PLATED 4 PIECE TEASET SHEFFIELD Item #28104 A very nice 4 piece set by James Deakin & Sons of Sheffield. Teapot is 2 pints capacity. Sugar bowl and milk jug have gilt interiors. Gleaming silver, no dents, no plate wear, clean interiors, minor surface marks. BEAUTIFUL CASED SILVER PLATE CAKE KNIFE & FORK C. 1835 Item #28109 A very fine looking pair of large cake knife and with ivory handles, unmarked ornate silver ferrules & mounts and close silver plated ornately engraved lowers. In original case. The knife and fork plating bears the makers mark of S&T Howard, registered in Sheffield in 1809, the silver mounts bear makers marks of Samsom & Harwood registered in Sheffield in 1833, so we are dating this set c. 1835. Overall fine looking, gleaming silver, very minor surface knocks to the cap ends from use. Both pieces have cosmetic cracks to the ivory handles but smooth to touch and still perfectly useable. The plating is quite thick with minor scratches and edge wear from use. STERLING SILVER CUT GLASS SAUCE JAR CHESTER 1921 Item #28110 An unusual piece by Stokes & Ireland, fully hallmarked for Chester 1921. We assume it is a pot for serving sauce or preserves. Would certainly make a nice Cranberry sauce pot. Silver weight is 101g. Lid has a very shallow dent and slight push to the finial. The glass has a couple of small chips and some slight fleabiting at rim but not a major issue. The base footed rim has some grease related surface marks/tarnish that haven’t lifted with a foam polish but don’t notice too much anyway when on the table. GBP64.99 click here to view item in our store

Unusually the glass has 4 legs and a nice shaped casket form with deep hobnail cutwork. Has some issues with the legs, 2 are chipped and its stands with a slight wobble on the flat. STERLING SILVER CASED 5 PIECE CRUET SET 1912 Item #28140 A cased sterling silver 5 piece cruet set complete with its 3 original spoons and glass liner to the mustard pot, salt pot liners are missing. Each piece is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1912 or 1913. Silver weight is 208g. The pepper pots are 7.6cm tall for comparison purposes. Some overall tarnish and shallow dents to most pots from use. Tarnish may lift a little with some Goddards treatment.
