EARLY C.19TH TIN & BRASS HANGING STORAGE POT STORY Item #28738 A lovely old tin pot with brass finial and applied brass badge for ‘STORY’. No idea exactly what Story is supposed to mean unless its just an old colloquial term for a storage jar! LOVELY VICTORIAN SILVER PLATED FIGURAL WOMAN CRUET SET Item #28773 A nicely made Victorian novelty cruet set formed as a woman with vines. There is one of the original pieces of glassware present also decorated with grapes and vines etching, the other pieces are replacements that kind of make it all useable if not ideal matches. The base stand bears diamond registration marks but unfortunately the year letter is not clear enough to decipher. Plating to stand is worn and has verdigris from salt etc but still looks very nice indeed as is.
