ANTIQUE IRISH CARVED BOG OAK CAULDRON SALT FOR REPAIR A lovely c.19th Irish carved bog oak open salt cauldron in need of attention. Cauldron is missing 1 foot but shouldn’t be too difficult to construct a new one and glue in place. One of the cauldron handles has a break but again this can be glued easily enough. Then just requires some wire or similar to allow it to hang from the stand.
ANTIQUE AMBROTYPE PHOTO SEATED WOMAN IN NICE GILT FRAME A c.19th ambrotype of a seated woman. The frame is a very nice gilt brass with delicately engraved inner frame. Some minor losses to background but in overall good condition. The frame has a slight cosmetic crush to right hand side near bottom.
ANTIQUE WMF SECESSIONIST LARGE SILVER PLATED SAUCE BOAT A fine looking larger sized sauce boat with ‘fixed’ base (it can be separated from the base via the thumb screw if desired). No dents, gleaming silver with a minor patch of wear to interior of boat and some minor surface marks.
ANTIQUE THE GRAMOPHONE CO (HMV) RECORD CLEANER A nice piece, this is a ‘THE GRAMOPHONE COMPANY LTD’ record cleaner with picture of nipper etc. The fact that ‘His Masters Voice’ is not printed at the top I believe dates it pre 1910. Structurally fine, some cosmetic wear to the printed label. The felt is very good with just a minor area of edge balding.
ORNATE STERLING SILVER CIGARETTE CASE FHB CHESTER 1902 An antique small sterling silver cigarette case with profuse chased scroll decoration and engraved monogram ‘FHB’. Fully hallmarked for Chester 1902 and made by Charles Lyster & Son. Has some dents but still shuts fine etc. No interior straps.

Pattern number 0231 and registration mark dating it c. 1907/8. It has some issues but is still a nice display/cabinet piece. Push to spout area of body and slight split at the seam below the spout. Handle is missing some of its original wicker binding. Lid is broken at one end of its hinge.
VINTAGE SOLID SILVER MALTESE MALTA MODEL GONDOLA BOAT A very nice piece – this is a fairly heavyweight 800 standard Maltese silver boat with original ebonised stand. The original ‘paddle’ is also inside the boat. The boat is detachable and weighs 40g. No damage
ANTIQUE MARIUS HAMMER SOLID SILVER SPOONS NORWAY Here are 3 lovely spoons with ornate silver filigree work handles and spiral handles. Made by Marius Hammer of Bergen. One is gilt bowled. These are 830 standard silver. Some slight kinks, one spoon appears to have had a professional resolder at bowl join.
FABULOUS SOLID SILVER ENAMEL ECCLESIASTICAL SPOON A very finely made early c.20th spoon with large enamel figural handle of what appears to be a bishop with a church or cathedral in his hands. Origin is unclear, it was physically tied in a bundle with the 3 Marius Hammer Norwegian spoons we have on ebay this week, but it is simply marked ‘Silver’. No dents, enamel is ‘near perfect’ with just a couple of tiny digs to the blue enamel towards lower of robe.
2X VINTAGE SOLID SILVER SPOONS 800 Here are 2 spoons with 800 standard markings. The smaller has a Russian look to it. Longer one has crude cast pattern to handle. Possibly same origin, found in same box. Longer spoon has slight kink and scouring marks to bowl. Smaller one is fine.
