CANTEEN VINERS KINGS ROYAL PATTERN SILVER PLATED 58pc Item #30224 A good very lightly used set of Kings Royale for 8 place settings in Viners Guild Collection 15 year. Looks to have only been used once or twice and some pieces are still in packets and unused. 58 pieces. The case is raised on 4 feet and in a cherry mahogany finish. Very lightly used, the case has a degree of scratching and scuffs but these could be blended in with some cherry coloured shoe polish or professional coloured wax. LOVELY ART DECO SILVER PLATED TEATIME CUTLERY SET Item #30225 A very nice little cased set of 6 spoons, sugar spoon and 6 cream handled tea knives. The knives are by William Rodgers of Sheffield, the silverware by J. Elliott of Sheffield. Gleaming silver and quite lightly used. One spoon has a small area of plate wear to rear of bowl as per photo. Case has minor scuffs and slight verdigris at its clasps. PFEFFER PORCELAIN PORZELLAN GOTHA DOG HARE KNIFE RESTS Item #30228 A beautiful & unusual suite of porcelain knife rests by the Porzellan und Fayencefabrik I. Pfeffer factory of Gotha, Germany made between 1934 and 1942. There are 3 each of hare or rabbit, greyhound/lurcher (2 with tail down and 1 with tail up) and a mastiff type dog. The 3 hares have small chips to tips of ears. One of the mastiffs has a tiny chip to ear, one of the lurchers has a chip to front feet area. 2 pieces have a minor rattle to interior. BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE ALFRED MEAKIN BONE CHINA FAIRY BOWLS Item #30229 A lovely looking suite of 6 fruit or cereal bowls by Alfred Meakin, each with a fairy and phrase to centre. There are 3x Bluebell Fairy, 1x Sunflower Fairy and 2x Forget-me-not fairy. One of the bluebell fairy bowls has a crack at its centre area but all intact and not about to fall apart. LOVELY ANTIQUE LEATHER HUNTING SHOOTING FISHING BOX Item #30266 A very nice old piece of leather, well stitched and with silver plaque to front engraved ‘F.H. Clayton’. The inside has a covered metal ‘sprung’ mechanism to hold something ‘flat’ tightly in place – we have had a long debate on what it could be for but not come up with the answer as yet. VINTAGE HOTELWARE SILVER PLATED 4 PIECE TEASET Item #30286 This is a nice suite of vintage silver matching milk jug, sugar bowl and water jug by Ro. Groves of Sheffield and a non-matching but ‘goes well enough’ teapot by Barker Brothers. Teapot is approx 2 pints capacity. All pieces are gleaming silver with no dents or damage, minor surface and use marks to exteriors. There is some extremely minor tarnish to interior of the sugar bowl, slightly more to the interior of the milk jug and some tarnish/wear to base of the teapot. ANTIQUE AMERICAN SILVER PLATED COFFEE PERCOLATOR c.1907 Item #30298 This is a nice antique silver plated on copper coffee percolator by Landers, Frary & Clark of New Britain – Connecticut, USA with patent markings, the latest one is dated 1907. It has ebonised handles and tap finial and is complete with original burner and all parts. The glass lid is Pyrex glass. Overall gleaming with slight wear in places mainly to the burner which shows some brass bleed and the rim that shows copper bleed. A few small dents to body. Reservoir filling cap is a bit bashed but still screws on fine. Slight tarnish to interior. Some wear to the wood. GBP29.99 click here to view item in our store
