COLLECTION TG GREEN CORNISHWARE AS FOUND NICE DISPLAY Item #29862 This is a collection of assorted T.G. Green Cornish Kitchen Ware pieces ideal for a starter collection or for props etc etc – they all have ‘issues’ of some sort be it chips, cracks, crazing, stains but make a nice display together as you can see. They range from 1930’s pieces thru to 2005. Comprises: Bread Bin, Pasta Jar, Biscuits jar, 3x Plain jars, Currants jar, Sultanas jar, Ground Rice jar, Brown Sugar jar, large and small dreadnought jugs, named salt shaker, preserve pot base, 2005 Childs mug special edition, 5 assorted cups, salt pot, mustard pot base, pedestal egg cup, 9 inch plate, 7 inch plate, saucer, stone edge bowl. Total of 27 pieces. It will obviously be a very large parcel and has to come via Fedex or Courier so please don’t ask for cheaper shipping options as it is not doable. It will be exceptionally well packed as we always do. Variable and as found (i.e. no returns on this – caveat emptor). ALL PIECES ARE DAMAGED, some more than others. T G GREEN CORNISHWARE SAGO GREEN & WHITE JAR 1930s Item #30140 This is a lovely jar – the only known named storage jar in Green & White from the 1930’s that we are aware of (we have a named caddy in our collection). This is absolutely genuine, lettering is clearly underglaze as is the paint etc. No chips or cracks. Has some overall glaze crazing but its clean and unstained and doesn’t really notice on display. No chips or cracks to jar and just some minimal crazing at rim area. Has a burst firing bubble to one side below rim and a small firing fissure nearby – both from manufacture.
