EARLY C.20TH CHINESE SILVER PLATED SPOONS CHOPSTICKS Item #30503 Here is a selection of early c.20th Chinese silver plated pieces. The 3 spoons are quite small like demitasse sized, silver plated on copper and brass and have varying handle designs. Spoons show visible copper bleed to handles and slight brass bleed to bowls. SUPER ANTIQUE SILVER PLATED & GLASS CRUET SET Item #30647 This really is a fine looking Victorian set with a lovely carrying handle. Comprises mustard pot complete with spoon, pepper pot and vinegar/oil bottles. Glassware is overall in exceptionally good condition for age with just some tiny fleabites to stopper ends. One stopper is a replacement but matches the other in style. Plating is all gleaming silver with some minor wear/marks to the coaster itself where the bottles sit and some slight stressing cracks to the base but its seriously not of any real consequence and not at all visible when in use. ANTIQUE SILVER PLATED SEMI FLUTED LION ARMORIAL TEAPOT Item #30655 A fine looking antique silver plated 2 pint teapot of semi-fluted form and with one side engraved with a very nice lion rampant armorial device. Has some slight issues but still a good looking and useable piece. Made by John Jenkins and Herbert Timm of Sheffield, c. 1900. Gleaming silver, no real plate wear. The base has some historical resoldering to one side but it has been done with proper silver solder and blends into the overall look of the piece. There is some ‘cracking’ to one side of the spot in the plating – it is not through the spout, just at the surface through the plating. Again its not that visible and doesn’t cause any problems. They are in overall superb condition with just 1 of the long rectangulars having being broken and reglued. Total of 135 pieces.
