A nice art nouveau period sterling silver nail buffer, the handle of classis shape, fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1911 and made by Robert Chandler
Condition: Some small knocks to the silver, has 1 replacement fixing pin and missing another but still perfectly useable as is. Some slight discoloration to the chamois but not too bad.
