Processing your order
Once your order has been received you should receive an email confirming such, if you have not received an email from us please check your spam folder or logon to our site and check the status of your order.

We are seriously good packers, so please dont worry about protection in transit. We often have comments like ‘bomb proof packaging’ etc.

Turnaround time from receiving an order to shipping is usually 1 working day, if you time it right with an early morning weekday order (UK time) we can usually ship same day. If you have any special requirements for delivery please do let us know, as we will do our utmost to assist.

Shipping
Shipping is always via a trackable method, UK parcels are shipped via 1st recorded, Special Delivery or Courier depending on weight. International parcels are shipped via Registered Mail or Fedex. If via Fedex you will receive automatic email tracking information courtesy of Fedex once we have booked the collection at this end. Please note that guaranteed weekend UK deliveries are quite expensive, although doable, and do incur a shipping surcharge.

Delivery Timescales
For UK customers please expect delivery within 48 working hours of ‘Order in Progress’ status.
For International customers obviously timescales vary according to destination and shipping method but generally:
EU: normally within 7-10 working days
USA/Canada: if shipping is stated as ‘via Fedex’ then usually 2-3 working days, sometimes literally next day! If shipping is stated as ‘Airmail’ then please allow 7-10 days for delivery, occasionally it takes longer depending on weather/flights etc.
Australia/New Zealand and rest of world: if shipping is stated as ‘via Fedex’ then usually within 7 working days, sometimes 2-3 days! If shipping is stated as ‘Airmail’ then please allow 14 days for delivery, occasionally it takes longer depending on weather/flights etc.

Refunds/Cancellations/Returns
As per distance selling regulations you are entitled to return any item within 7 days of receipt for any reason. We have a non-quibble guarantee – simply if what you receive you don’t like or have changed your mind then just let us know first and then ship it back via a trackable method for a full refund of item cost. Return shipping cost at your expense. If the unlikely event that we have made a ‘major’ mistake in describing an item, or the item arrives damaged and on proof of damage then we will also refund your return postal costs. Refunds are made depending on original payment method i.e. if via credit card/Paypal then back via credit card/Paypal, if via cheque then back via cheque. If you pay via Postal Order, International Money Order etc then we will issue a pounds sterling cheque to the equivalent amount based on the current exchange rate at writing the cheque.
